One of our Abu Dhabi adventures was a sunset safari through Al Khatim Desert, located about an hour outside of Abu Dhabi. With its vast sand dunes and untouched desert landscape, Al Khatim provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable experience filled with dune bashing, sandboarding, and off-road driving. My family and I are not exactly adrenaline junkies, so we only participated in the off-road driving - but maybe one day I’ll step out of my comfort zone.
