My dear friend Lana and I recently went on a day trip to Guelph, our old university stomping grounds. We visited the Aberfoyle Antique Market, had lunch at Baker Street Station, and revelled in the pure nostalgia for a life so dearly missed. It was also so inspiring to pick up a camera again and document my daily life - something I used to do all the time when I was in university. I hope you enjoy my photos of our perfect fall day!
An Ancaster Mill Wedding
The Ancaster Mill is a beautiful and historic event venue located in the town of Ancaster in Hamilton, Ontario. With over 200 years of community history, Ancaster Mill is a sought-after wedding venue for its spectacular location among Hamilton's natural waterfalls and woody forests. This past April I had the honour of photographing my very first wedding here, just days after the April snowstorm swept across Southern Ontario. Although we were hoping for spring weather, the unexpected wintery landscape proved to be the perfect backdrop for this special day. I am so happy I was able to capture these intimate moments for this beautiful family.
