36 Hours in Montreal

Montreal is one of my favourite cities, and I luckily had the opportunity to visit for work a few weeks ago. This was my first time visiting in the fall, and the city's many street trees were glowing with warm autumn colours. Although I was only in Montreal for thirty-six hours, I was able to see the Notre-Dame Basilica, explore the Barbie Expo in Cours Mont-Royal, visit our property Quartier DIX30 in Brossard, and enjoy a fantastic dinner with my colleagues at Maggie Oakes in Old Montreal.

RH Toronto: The Gallery at Yorkdale Opening Party

The new Restoration Hardware location opened at Yorkdale Shopping Centre this past October, hosting a massive opening night party to celebrate. The four-level, 70,000 square foot gallery and showroom was transformed into a swanky cocktail bar, featuring signature cocktails on each level, caviar served on an ice sculpture, and an appearance by Canada's own supermodel, Coco Rocha. It was such a unique experience browsing the brand's classic furniture with a glass of champagne in hand. This RH location is one of the world's largest, with design highlights ranging from a grand floating staircase, 23 suspended Helix crystal chandeliers, and a rooftop patio overlooking the Toronto skyline.
