A few photographs I took around the city this past September with my film camera. Coffee with Adam at Portland Variety followed by macaroons from Butter Avenue make one perfect late summer afternoon. After waking up to snow this morning, summer (and warm weather in general) seems like a lifetime ago.
Autumn in Toronto
Autumn in this city is magical.
Here are some scenes from life in Toronto over the past few months:
An autumnal walk through the Annex.
Dinner at King West's Buca with family friends visiting from Denmark.
Exploring this year's Nuit Blanche.
Lots of time spent in Kensington Market, one of my favourite Toronto neighbourhoods.
A little taste of Scandinavia in Toronto, Fika is a Swedish cafe in the heart of Kensington. The cardamom lattes are delicious.
A late Sunday afternoon in the Distillery District.
A pop-up farmers' market on the corner of Queen and Crawford.
Beautiful fall colours in St. James Park.
